saw this guy at Gencon last year: to be clear, I didn't take this picture, but the pictures I did have were on my old phone.
A random Google search for cosplay turned this up on page one. The best one of this character I think I've ever seen
Obligatory Homestuck Cosplay And here we have Andrew Hussie cosplaying as Andrew Hussie with another cosplayer dressed up as a to scale Doc Scratch.
Most of the coworkers are like that. Not really. But no one would mind it. So yea, there is a bit of a range for where the exact line goes. Of course I get that anglos have very very strict work culture. Can't even date with coworkers, puhlees.
its only really a problem when its a supervisor/subordinate relationship, because there can be a conflict of interest. BUT BACK ON TOPIC
Is this an ok place to post things we'd like to cosplay and maybe get advice on how to make the costumes in question, materials and suchlike?
Spoiler I would like to cosplay this. The actual outfit would be super easy, but I have absolutely no idea how I'd make the bug. I was thinking along the lines of some sort of round-pillows-stitched-together deal, but I don't know how I might do the legs, or fix them to the pillows, or how the little "clamp" legs on the back would fix to my sides. The bug's eye ("mind control projection lens") could be done with a torch with purple film over it, I suppose. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ^^
Hahaha, that's awesome! What is that from? I think the complexity comes from trying to get things lit up, and if you want the legs moving or not. Also, this makes me lol
