I actually just read the topic as "Spiders: The Tactical Information Guide" and thought "finally, now I will learn their weak spots". Then I notice I read it wrong and remember that it never was that. Upon entering I see a naked chick with her ass high in the air. That'll do pig. That'll do.
the two that say 'run like hell' should probably say 'shoot it from a distance when safe' alternatively, burn the house down.
THIS. FUCKING. THING. Yes, burning your house is a logical step, if this piece of compressed evil bites you, you will regret it when your fucking thumb falls off.
yeah, I find that thing in my toilet, I'm gonna be needing a new toilet. Mostly because the first reaction to a spider of that size would be to grab my pole mace and smash it, which I don't think would leave much of the porcelain intact either.
I heard a very similar story about camel spiders from a friend who spent time in Afghanistan. Basically, the locals told American soldiers that camel spiders would inject venom into someone and numb them, and then eat "parts" off at night. Of course, they were just fucking with the soldiers, who immediately got in on the joke and let the next wave believe it just to screw with them, never mind that camel spiders aren't really spiders anyway, aren't venomous even if they were, and don't attack people.
as with most things, the more venomous and dangerous animals are typically not the largest, why bother being large and imposing when you can drop something a thousand times bigger than you with a simple bite? At that point, mobility becomes key from a survival/evolutionary standpoint, the ability to hide from things to big to easily threaten and to quickly deliver toxin to anything that threatens you.
