    One thing I did notice about the video. When using collector limpets if you launch them with a recoverable item targeted you will only get one use out of the limpet as the limpet self-destructs after placing targeted item in the cargo scoop. Instead have nothing targeted when you launch the limpets. This way the limpets search for recoverables within their max range and keep loading you up til their timer runs out. They will only self-destruct when their timer runs out, anywhere from 480-600 seconds worth of cargo scooping.

    This does not work post 2.2 : transport ships do not drop Chemical Manipulators

    Anyone know the best way to get them now?

    I've definitely found them while popping Type-9s and Anacondas in anarchy space.
