During my own play through, I managed to snag both a P416 and SMG-9 and noticed after doing some simple math, they were intensely strong. This video definitely helped to confirm it. Thanks Gihz. This will save me a lot of time in the future.
I think I just dropped a gold P416 yesterday... didn't have time to check it out, it is lvl 27 tho so probably won't last for long for me.
To be fair, there's quite a few close "runner ups" that you would be hard pressed to tell the difference. For example, I prefer the M249 B over the M60, because its aim reticle is noticeably tighter (ie more accurate) and the dps is almost identical.
