I can feel him. Realizing that a 10l balloon can only produce so much mead and running out of it already I tripled my production capacity with two more balloons. Then our middle one managed to break one of the balloons so logically I have to replace it with two. By the algorithm of hydra! And even now I think there is plenty of room for 10+ more balloons. Apparently wine balloon is the official name for a roughly balloon shaped large glass container for making wine - or mead if you have any wits about you.

wine ballooon? we just call them jugs or carboys (a bucket is different). But really you can make alcohol in any container as long as you can seal it off and put an airlock on it. but carboys or brew buckets are probably the most used for homebrewing in the states. Larger than 6 gallons (22.7 liters) you are getting into the steel fermenter territory.

14 gallon (25.9 liters) conical fermenter. yes that is for "homebrewing". though at that amount it's almost you are at the point of becoming a brewer (for a business) or are one and you have that for small batch limited release stuff. Or have invested enough money that you actually have a way to store what you made for awhile. Though wine and mead do keep for longer.

Must (from the Latin vinum mustum, "young wine") is freshly crushed fruit juice (usually grape juice) that contains the skins, seeds, and stems of the fruit. The solid portion of the must is called pomace and typically makes up 7–23% of the total weight of the must. Making must is the first step in winemaking. Because of its high glucose content, typically between 10 and 15%, must is also used as a sweetener in a variety of cuisines. Unlike commercially sold grape juice, which is filtered and pasteurized, must is thick with particulate matter, opaque, and comes in various shades of brown and purple.

not just for wine. it's technically in all forms of brewing. Though with mead it refers to the honey-water mixture and beer it is the wort.

Something utterly soulless brewed at the deepest depths of the marketing department with the story only being an afterthought and hardly even existing in any meaningful way like two peas in a cauldron of PC and finally filtered through the legals and resident commissaar.

Then something something about toxic fans and how entertainment consumption habits are changing.

I'm so glad that not all of the entertainment in the world is controlled by American corporations. Yet.

This is a lot like peanut butter jelly sandwich...
The peanut butter is sugar free version. It always has amazing good fats and is a great primary source for your daily fat and comes with some protein on the side. Tastes just as good without the sugar.
Instead of jelly a mix of berries that get thawed as they're thrown in the porridge. No sugar and all vitamins intact as they haven't been boiled.
And oatmeal in place of white bread. A nice source of carbs and some fibers on the side.

And the obvious: the berries would be quite sour but are offset by the peanut butter and vice versa. Tastes good and very healthy.
Bonus points for it looks like something from the Klingon dish.
