yeha ill probably give it a shot as well, but if it comes out after MWO, I doubt it'll take off.

 

i'll give it a try...from the vids it looks one hell of alot better than megamek.

From how they describe it, it sounds more like Magic the Gathering with Mechs than it does any iliteration of table top Battletech.

 

ok... i'm a Blasphemer.....i Loved TT, WHEN i had time for a 3-6 hour Game. and Megamek the controls are just so.....GGGGRRRRRRR!..meh

if its easier/faster to set up than megamek it'll be a godsend.

 

Chances are, by the time Tactics comes out, MWO will ALSO either be out or have already been out for some time.

 

I believe it is going to be a 'collectible' game.... as in you randomly get 'mechs' like you would cards.

 

Are you talking about Tactics? If so, then yes, it is based on a 'card' system. You will be able to buy packs and the more expensive the pack the better quality the cards. Not too sure if I liked that.

Yea, I'll still check this out, the collectible card part doesn't really appeal to me because then your in game 'deck' is going to be restricted and you can't play out scenarios that you want.... anyway, we'll see, maybe it won't be too bad.
