I think I am out of Fusion Cores right now, as an example, but I will offer one if anyone will agree to trade me Swirling Tiger for the next rare Fusion Core drop. There's really no difference in stats but visually small, medium and large Kubrows differ greatly.
Apples and oranges. My Sahasa is really small so it's extremely entertaining to watch it bite some heavy unit alive.

 

I have a small raksa (my favorite), a small sunika, normal sized sahasa. I prefer the appearance of the tiny sized kubrow, so I want little sized imprints to get a better chance at it. I have seen some really massive kubrow that are as tall as a warframe at the shoulders, and wider than Rhino...... so the size difference can be pretty big.

on top of that, they can be tall, skinny, husky/fat, etc.
