Running the game from SSD

    Hello people,

    is anyone running the game from an SSD? Have you seen any improvement in responsiveness, loading times and FPS?

    Yup I've been doing that for a few months. But I must say although the loading improvement was noticable, I wouldn't have an issue moving it back to my other hdds.

    Aye, got me a new 256GB SSD for christmas. Too bad my motherboard is rather old and can't handle more than 3gb SATA :-/

    Still, booting from cold in 10 seconds is nice, and loading in games is considerably faster for me.

    Loading times will improve, but it wont affect the FPS :)

    I've got it on SSD as well... and it wouldn't ever increase your FPS. FPS is always done by the graphics card and that's what causes that. Mind you, the loading time is excellent.
