Lately I've been watching some random Animes I've missed. (Un)surprisingly there's some really impressive and unique pieces of music in there that I thought posting and commenting on. I've bumped into Gurren Lagann references all around internet and decided to check what was it all about. The ride I was getting into... I had no idea... This series is just bat-shit crazy mix of all kinds of things that make an Anime series great. I wouldn't say it's one of my favourite Animes 'cause it's really hard to compare Gurren lagann to other, more "serious" Animes. I like a lot nevertheless and would still recommend it wholeheartedly if one would not have seen it. Oh, about the track? Just imagine transforming, bigger than life mechas fighting through space and time (literally!) and you get some kind picture how crazy this series gets towards the end.
Cowboy Bebop, Session 20. Pierrot Le Fou. In my top three of Cowboy Bebop episodes. So creepy and surreal. That cat...

Anyone who has seen a Defiance commercial on TV will recognize this song. Great song, btw.
Anyone in to LCD Soundsystem or DFA Records probably already has seen this. Watch it anyway.

Just realized I had post No. 666. Hooray? Meanwhile, Daft Punk's highly anticipated 2013 release "Random Access Memories" apparently already is available on Grooveshark. Daft Punk | Random Access Memories | Grooveshark

I've just noticed that this song is great for when playing my brawler Misery. Don't stop moving, can you feel that ac and so on. \m/ Nothing gets you in the mech killing mood like bad pop music.
This song happened to be playing during an Alpine match, now it has become mandatory for the map: Warning: it is slightly NSFW
This is a continuation of my above post~ this is also a part of my Alpine map playlist. I chose this vid of the song because..., bellydance. Indeed, it is an awesome song. I have grown quite fond of the club mix of Fantasy, however I couldn't find a vid of it. Go figure.

Thanks, Magnarr, for pointing this out.
If such is true, not sure why you would be disappointed about it. Think about all those that made their own characters/stage personas: David Bowie Marilyn Manson KISS Kid Rock Alice Cooper And that's just to name a few off the top of my head. His music is genuine and he found a way to reach a wider audience. Stage persona or real person, his music is what matters and his music is fantastic.
