There's the greek culture pack included in the preorder, but only played romans in the first game. So that isn't really that huge thing that i would spend 54€ four months in advance. And the pack will available as DLC eventually. Well i have no doubts about the quality that CA has delivered.

The vikings expansion for crusader king is due next week, so that is most likely my next investment.

Fuck pre-order bonuses. Don't try to get me to buy the game long before anyone have any idea if it's actually good or not.

That said, I am looking forward to this. Rome was always my favourite in the series and I've liked many of the changes they've done in the last couple of games even if the settings haven't interested me.

I just wish they would achieve same level of balance in multiplayer as they did with Napoleon. Lost interest in Shogun2 mp after everyone was bringing maxed loan sword ashigaru. So it was single player campaign after few nights of mp.

But in Napoleon I have never played the single player campaign as the multiplayer was simply fantastic. I think I have talked about this in every totalwar thread so far, but it really was excellent. But I like that era games, so opinions might be biased as the I find the movement of musket lines just too fascinating. Rome / Medieval TW battles get too messy after engagement has started, although it has it's appeal too.

I would have to build me a new computer to play this game. Especially playing at its highest settings, I hated playing Empire on low settings, before I did some upgrading. I'm with sgtHelmet, I love the sound of cannon fire out in the distance, and the sound of muzzle fire.
