    And that's what I don't like. I HATE CoD. I think AAA cookie cutter we-release-a-new-one-every-six-months-with-no-real-changes games like it are killing the diversity in the gaming world.

    Indeed. I think major companies aversion to trying anything new anymore are what has birthed the "Indie Boom" in gaming. Not a bad thing.

    If you mean the first Call of Duty, then that is a good thing. The first Call of Duty allowed for LAN play and was a lot of fun. My freshman year of college there was a LAN party club and we had meetings every wednesday night and we shared files and killed each other in warcraft 3 or call of duty.

    Call of Duty is exactly the vibe they're shooting for. And I doubt it's the first one they're talking about.

    It looks pretty from a setting perspective, but god, when they show the "in cockpit" view it looks horrible from a gameplay standpoint. Jittery and ultra-fast. Actually, reminds me more of old Quake games than CoD.
