yeah Mammoth is way of. I checked yesterday and the exact number is 4860 HP and its a blue item without the scale from the worldboss. When I thumper i use by bastion with 5 smal and one heavy turret + sentinel. I played around with the charged pulse thingie but it didnt work for me. I could go for T4 with the bastion anytime (2 mil xp saved up already) but i cant get myself to farm all the ares missions to be able to craft the Bastion dielectrics or what its called...
that's exactly what i'm working on at the moment... setting at 1.9 mill points with one dieleltric built and needing a second so I can up my power level . NEED MOAR POWER!!. i'm running 5 multi's a heavy and sentinel pod still one day on researching tier 4 multi turrets and collecting enough high level blue material to actually make them nasty. Also got my first purple material yesterday and got it solo thumping at that. tier 3 personal thumper is kinda like tier 1 squad thumper in its intensity on combat.
Glad to see more people playing. Need to hook up with everyone one night and do some stuff. I have to reinstall, I upgraded my machine yesterday and had to reinstall Windows. I decided to use my SSD for the windows install and that is where I had Firefall. So a new 5GB download is in my future.
soo... are we abandoning Firefall? I take it Wildstar is better? reason I ask is if no one is bothering with it, I could probably use the disk space for more porn music
I enjoyed it, but somehow managed to lock it out as a playable game, since I can't uninstall it, and can't reinstall it, and can't delete the files because it says they've been corrupted.
Firefall has been quite quiet lately indeed. I may have to log in this week to see if there's anything special going on. Still, I've got to admit Firefall's situation isn't that rosy. It's been slowly forgotten by pretty much everybody. There's just not enough happening. Pity, but not everybody can be a winner.
I got to talk to FadedPez this weekend, he said they are super hardcore focused on getting the game released this year. They are doing more story content, on top of what they already have in the game. They are also going to have a world PvP area that will be a battle of control points type system. I have not logged in recently either, however this weekend I will be playing Wildstar.
yeah, I like the game, I like the style of gameplay, I like the crafting system, I'd play it again (if I can ever get it to reinstall properly) but it'll never be a primary game for me, I'm just not an shooter guy, even though I like this style of shooter.
It looks like they have made some massive changes to the game. There is tons of new content, Open world PVP, Raid bosses, and new campaign story missions. They are finally launching the game on July 29th. If you had a closed/open beta access you will be able to log in and see the launch patch as of yesterday. I am patching at home now, and would be up for getting some games going once in a while.
I got it patched too. Gonna see what has changed. The launch is supposed to be huge content patch too.
I played a bit last night. Everything seems to have been improved. The interface, crafting, missions, etc. The campaign missions seemed to be bugged last night for some reason. I could not get on the dropship. It kept waiting for the mission to start.
