It looks more like lines that are rotated from base and various groups are having a slightly different initial angle, then it's all rendered together as a single 360 - (degrees per frame) cycle to make it loop properly.

They're still working on that one. This is just a Dovahbear companion. Who has shouts. And can be summoned by throwing a bottle of mead at an enemy. The whole playable Dovahbear is being held up by the skeleton. If you try to use the "human" skeleton for the bear so it can hold weapons and all that shit, it gets super fucked up. So I guess they're trying to build a bear skeleton from scratch and all the animations or something. Seriously, why the fuck does a bear need to hold a sword? It's a bear. It is a weapon without technology and all that bullshit.
you can't tell me you wouldn't enjoy playing as a 10ft bear wielding a 200 lbs maul or a greataxe the size of a pony.
That was my thought. But all the bitches want to be me, but with their cheap ass God weapons. This is probably why my first file was a Khajiit who did nothing but punched dragons to death.
