    Seriously though, I find it interesting games talking about sexuality in more casual manner (and sometimes in really weird manner) like this have become more common lately.
    Yeah, they still give me sensible chuckle but they are still indicator times and attitudes do change.

    My parents were woefully inadequate in having "the talk" with me when I was a kid. They seriously thought that just by taking me to boy scouts stuff would be enough. Yeah, because learning about sex from a bunch of horny teenage boys is totally the best way to go on that. They still defend that choice to this day.

    I got over it, obviously. The really hilarious thing about it now is that I know more about sex than they do and take great pleasure in reminding them that from time to time.

    Oh the fun I had in explaining shyza porn to them. Spoiler alert: I didn't skimp on the details. :D

    They could've just rented "whatever" they thought would explain the whole thing and thought "maybe cartoons won't be so bad" and rented tentacle hentai. Obviously they would expect you to watch it on your own and then they'd ask you a week later "hope you understand it now? anything to ask?".

    Then there's also the type of parents that will "demonstrate the concepts in practice", though that would likely be illegal.
