    I'm not hearing much regarding when people want to start. Is everyone ready to start this Sunday? Is 1400 EST too early (trying to accomodate our europeans on the weekends)? Or do we need to wave off until later next week?

    Scheduling is flexible but I want to have at least 1 early and late time to accommodate all timezones. Here's an example:
    • Wednesday 800-1200
    • Saturday 1400-1800
    • optional 10 minute breaks at the top of each hour
    Also a few things to keep in mind:
    • Be mindful of the faction type you choose; some are more friendly to neighbors than others! If the AI has to manage your faction because you missed a session, playing as something like a Devouring Swarm will NOT go well for you.
    • Be sure to review our House Rules.

    You only need to post your faction in our faction resource if you are not going to be there at the start.

    I might be late, but I will try because 1100 Pacific is potentially difficult for me as the numbers go. I *really* wanna be there, though.

    Ok, so while I am very much interested in playing, I may not have the time to do so. That coupled with some technical issues im having with stellaris and my lack of understanding of how to play now/kind of unwillingness to re-re-relearn how to play, I'll unfortunately have to skip this round of play. Maybe next time... if they dont force me to relearn the game for the umpteenth time.

    Thanks for the great turn out everyone! Special shout out to our Euros for joining. Was great seeing Crave and David.

    Round 2 will be this Wednesday at 8pm EST and will run until midnight EST. If you are joining us, please show up sharp and early! We will want to start without delay. If you are late or have not started, do not worry! Hot drop joins are still available to everyone. Come join us and take part in the fun!

    I think we played until about 9pm EST? A little over, but we also started an hour and a half late. And from what I can tell, everyone's faction is roughly even in terms of strength so far. Actually, for whatever reason Trev, I think yours is actually doing really well. I had a really strong start, but then got attacked by two different factions at the same time that almost wiped me out (purple faction in the bottom right). I only just barely recovered from that when we wrapped for the night.

    Because getting coordinated at the start with everyone was so difficult, our times were pretty fluid this past weekend, but for future meeting times, I really want us to be punctual on when we start and stop. Players are still welcome to hot drop in and out when they need to though. Just try to be on time if you can.

    In the grim dark future, there is only war. Also, "What was will be, what will be was." Apparently I'm playing the warp corrupt Imperium of Man. >.>

    I'll try for the Wednesday deal, but odds are I'll be in transit and I will certainly be on my laptop at a hotel... and I should probably be sleeping, instead... and in Mountain time.

    Nonetheless I will give a good try to be there.
