well I mean hybrid as in you can get (I think it's an ascension perk) for species to cross breed.

    But yeah. People suck.

Also, my people continue to court the Worm - an unknowable entity of incredible power. What was, will be. What will be, was.

    END OF DAY 4
    20181220001719_1.jpg

    Day 4 was busy.

To the West, the mighty Principality of Zeon (David & Gabvid) was completely subjugated by the Authority of Ik (much to everyone's surprise). The Authority now stands to rival some of the strongest in the galaxy. For now, the Ducolax Cartel resists their spreading influence, but it is uncertain for how long that will last. The Avarrians (Trev) and Kung-Foo Cooters (Ben) have accomplished much in their mutually beneficial alliance. Together, they are rivaled only by the fallen empires... at least they were until the arrival of
    the Horde.

To the North, one of the pirate nations has united and it has begun to spread its destruction across the galaxy. They have gained access to some wormholes and now pose a threat to many factions both near and far. One faction has already fallen. Two more (Rav and Ben's) are under threat. With the aid of their allies, the Cooters have put up the greatest resistance, but at great cost and they are dangerously close to losing their home planet should the Horde decide to focus their attention on them. However, while the Horde is mighty, it is not indomitable. Sooner or later, the crumbling foundation under which it is built will collapse and their assault on the galaxy will end. But will those closest to them survive their furious onslaught? We will have to see.

To the East, The Commonwealth of Man continues its slow creeping war against the various xenos races. The Geikonians, Orbis, and Skjaldborg are quiet for now, tending to domestic matters. Meanwhile, the well isolated Skyshroud Dominion (Magnus) makes its final push to subjugate all of the Blacksun territory. There are also rumors spreading of some of the Skyshroud people acquiring limited psionic abilities.

To the South, two of the three fallen empires continue to lie dormant. Their strategic position prevents any hyperlane travel east to west, but that may change one day.
