Just stop at 39 for about a decade and go straight through to 50. Have you seen that one 50 year old guy that used to be on the bow-flex commercials? He was ripped! 50 is the new not 50.
Turned 26 two weeks ago. I already have several new minor injuries and/or reminders that I'm getting older.
Most of me is 28 but my joints are going on 80. I've got that "snap, crackle, pop" effect when I get out of bed in the mornings.
I'm only 19 and my right knee ligaments are basically non-existant Who doesn't love some hot bone-on-bone grinding action?
