Just because I have some balls to stand up for myself doesn't mean I killed the poor lad. How can we be sure you're not the one, and the only reason you're pointing fingers it to make sure no one suspects you! *comes closer to him* You were pretty quiet yesterday and all the sudden you're Mr. Detective. *eyes him closer* Do you consider yourself a poetic soul Tarkfu?
A man wasn't dead yesterday! I figured that eventually someone would find a way out of here without my needing to jump in to help figure it out, but murder is an entirely different story. You'll have to excuse me for being a bit more impassioned now that lives are obviously at stake.
Okay, before you guys get too ahead of yourselves I'm going to answer some questions: -Fluff is fluff. It is added to spice up the story. Generally speaking, there are no "clues" in the little story itself, so don't look into them because you're not going to find anything. -Duct Tape. Very effective for field medicine. Give it a rest. That is all, continue on.
Well, looking at this mathematically we really need to lynch someone. The longer we wait the more the evil guys are going to whittle us down. Yea, we may miss, but inaction is surefire way to die. However, I don't have much to go on for accusing people, any ideas?
As much as I hate to say it, I think you are right. I would say we need to start with the folks that are the quietest, but I am just not sure. *OOC* Dunno if people are actually just not playing or just being silent for a reason *OOC*
well, the bad guys might be the ones most active, at least one is picking targets, well... Tuonela makes a good point, we need to start lynching even if we are wrong. However, that is very obvious tactic and he did not go on to offer a target. That makes him suspicious to me...
hmm now he says lynch the silent types.....would the bad guys stay silent knowing that makes them look suspicious?
As I dwell upon this, its to the bad guys advantage if we don't lynch someone, so the people who voted no vote or voted for the mod I find worth nominating...
well, if we're going to lynch silent people, then it's to their advantage to talk up, regardless of whether they're guilty or not. So I'm not sure now much we can really make of that... I find myself largely sympathetic with Tuna. We don't have much of anything to go on, but we have to do something.
Vargyr is the one who started the novote thing, I did not disagree. However I did not realize people would be dying either. So I assume Abivard is saying we should vote for Vargyr. I don't know, I can see the logic behind that, kind of. We need to make a decision though, someone here is trying to kill the rest of us.
*folds arms with a pointed look at Tuonela* No. And no to more lynching. If you want to start killing each other off, then you're doing the Poet's work for him. I still won't vote to kill someone off until I have something more concrete to go on and will take my chances with the night. Get some sleep. ##Vote: NoVote
Oh is that so? Let's just keep going to sleep until we are all dead in the end. I'm afraid time is a luxury we don't have and I do find your calmliness in this situation quite disturbing. ##VOTE: Vargyr
Vote Count: NoVote: (1) Vargyr Vargyr: (0) VorBan Hammer is 6 votes - Day 2 ends at 12am EST 1/8. (roughly 13 hours) And since I'm going out for the day and likely won't be back til this evening...yes, the count is correct.
Pretty quick on the draw there, VorBan. I bet all your silent friends are shaking their heads at a pretty clear tell. But I'm as livid as you want us to think you are. One less townsperson means better odds for the scum to sway votes. Catch could have helped us stay alive. And now he's gone because a piece of drek thinks he can scare us into killing each other off. So if you think shooting in the dark is how you make good neighbors, Townspeople. Vote away. That'll be two that die tonight. One lynched and one more murdered. If I live through this vote, VorBan, I'm going to visit you tonight. And I promise you'll wake up to see what happens in the morning.
Well, at this point Vargyr is not doing himself any favors, but I'm almost confused whether he's so on the dark side that he can't be or what the game here is. But logically at some point we have to start trying to get the bad guy, if we don't we get outnumbered and auto lose. So to vote against that isn't in anyones interested except the guy killing us. Therefore VOTE VARGYR.
One vote that's so scummy it's slippery. One vote based on fear and confusion. One vote because there's already two votes. You're not thinking. Somebody is trying to get the badguy. He's just going about it the smart way and getting lynched for it.
