Last night, I was remembering a mexican place that I used to love before it was damaged in a storm years back and had to close. They had this amazing dessert, was a banana custard in a chimichanga shell, with ice cream and chocolate sauce...soo good, I've missed it since it closed. Then I looked over at my booze shelf, and realized I had Cruzan banana rum, Godiva Chocolate Liquor, and whipped cream Smirnoff. It tasted almost exactly the same, with the extra bonus of being strong enough to get me ridiculously drunk. Best drink I've ever come up with. edit...meant to put this in the "what are we drinking thread"...but close enough.
