I could see that, since Deku's goal is to become "the greatest hero" but his understanding of what makes a hero great is evolving over time and it fits the theme of the show. The main hitch is we don't really know what the super pills do, and so far One for All has been a one-at-a-time deal.

Oh, it's something new in the last couple episodes. Looks like the plot point for season four but we don't know much yet so I haven't spoiled anything other than that they exist.

Oh you're talking about the short term power enhancement drugs the bad guys pull out. Seems like an inevitable circumstance, since you have abilities that directly affect other peoples abilities, stands to reason you might start encapsulating them.

Yeah, that's the one. I think we'll see more of it and more effective versions. I haven't read the manga but that's how these things usually go and it fits MHA's narritive.

I'm sure that'll happen, and I don't expect them to broach the multiple one for all till the very end of the series, it just seems like the most logical way that Mr. Deku could achieve the 'greatest hero' title. I'm sure his skill and technique will improve with each battle, but you know at some point they're going to break out All for One again and it'll be Deku who has to go toe to toe with him, All for One is going to need time to reprepair himself giving Deku time to come to the conclusion that even as skilled as he's become, he's unlikely to be able to beat All for One by himself. So he can rely entirely on fighting spirit (which seems to be the modus operandi for these shows, but then that also makes it predictable) Or he can pick the wildcard and try something new. I'll admit one of the main reasons I suspect this is simply because of the All for One, One for All, which seems a direct reference to the Three Musketeers and I can totally see him picking Bakugo, Iida and Shoto immediately, along with Mirio as the intended recipient of the ability and maybe all of Class 1A simply because it'd be interesting to see how the ability interacts with all of those different powers (maybe not Minoru or Toru, for different reasons :p) But really I suspect he'd start with just a few to make sure it works, Bakugo and Shoto seem guaranteed, anyone else would be dependent upon the intended plan of attack.

It's worth noting that One for All picks up powers from each inheritor, save Deku of course since he didn't have a quirk. So the Musketeers' normal quirks would probably be super-charged by it and even people with quirks less directly suited to combat would probably become more effective.

Which again kinda fits the theme of the show since you've got students like Froppy who is already pretty up there in terms of actual effectiveness on a team despite her power just being "is a frog." Minoru's also kind of an interesting case since he's not brave or powerful but he is clever and his quirk doesn't really have a hard counter.

I'm sure it'll be fun to watch regardless though. I've heard good things about the upcoming arcs and the show's had a pretty satisfying take on the whole "kids training to be superheros" schtick so far.

I don’t think most people will be ready for this.

Yeah that's exactly why I think it'd be a great idea, Deku would still be Deku and everyone else would be amped of their own ability in who knows what kind of way, could really be cool to fool around with XD I mean, imagine how effective Ochaco could be if she could create an area of zero-G, or simply had the muscle to back up her ability. Minoru's quirk is useful, but more of a trap/sabotage quirk than straight combat. Then again who knows how it'd be impacted by One For All, I mean if those little balls expanded exponentially they'd become a much more effective defense as well as a greater threat to anyone he throws them at. (Kinda like the expansion balls used to take down Mr. Incredible) [IMG]
Even invisible girl picks up some tricks, though really just giving her super strength would be brutal XD

Watchin’ Black Clover. It’s basically Naruto except stuff actually happens and Sauske isn’t an assbag.

Nah, they've only got 117 total eps. pretty sure if they had 500 filler eps the series wouldn't be going anywhere fast. XD

Watchin’ more Black Clover. Just finished the part where they decided all the captains needed backstories and it’s amazing how much I didn’t care. They did get the obligatory hot spring arc, tournament arc and summer festival arc out of the way in one fell swoop though so I do appreciate that.

Gotta say the hot springs arc was pretty epic lol, I mean, usually the hot springs are near a volcano of some sort, but that's going a little above and beyond XD

Yeah, that was a very Black Clover way to do that episode. It was short, everything was turned up to eleven, the captain was just there to almost kill everyone, and they learned what’d otherwise be a kinda boring spell.

Watchin’ the new Broly movie. I’m about 99.9% certain the plot is that Frieza thought it’d be cool to see SSB Goku and Vegeta fight Broly.
