DC, Marvel, Image, and others; each comic company is a bit different but they all offer cool and interesting stories to read and oogle the art.
People still read these things? I never understood the fascination. Same with anime, the stories are shit 99% of the time.
I had a huge collection back when I was in High School (roughly the end of the Paleoproterozoic Era). I haven't gotten back into them after though so I don't know the quality of the art or the writing.
The art has improved a little bit, we moved on from cave paintings to Rob Liefeld style then to something that is closer to realistic but still beyond normal.
His art style is neat but it gets a little weird when everyone has muscle that get bigger and more bulgey. It makes you wonder what he is trying to do. Todd MacFarlane has an amazing art style as well.
