Good Game(s). And Devastator is insanely powerful.

We could make the Thunder Hawk variants using the Daishi/Dire Wolf which can carry 3 gauss rifles. The only real problem was that the Thunder Hawk was taken out of production around 2780 and did not re enter production till the mid 3050s. 19.5 tons of armor so slightly less then your Atlas Variants. with 10 heatsinks (5 because I think MW4 has heatsinks as double not single; not that it really needs heatsinks in the first place) 54 kph so youd have to go 51 or 56. 3 gauss rifles 4 medium lasers is the "base" version.

Can be a counter to the Devastator variant with 2g 2ppc

Here is my version of the TBD-7X variant of the Thunder Hawk. (armor may be a bit stronger than it should be since it's about the same as the Atlas. I based it off the RRC Atlas variant though.) It is using the Daishi/Dire Wolf Chassis. The Thunder Hawk was discontinued from production after the Amaris Civil War (which ended in 2780) so the Thunder Hawk would have been around just really really rare. Was put back into production mid 3050s.

It can act as a counter to the Devastator.

Yes I am fairly certain the armor on my Thunder Hawk/Daishi has too much armor now that I have looked it over again.

(reworked the armor a little now)

You shouldn't work with Davions, they are all evil and can't be trusted. Kill them all I say.
