One of the things I love about Warframe is that the game universe is populated by other fanctions besides the "big three". The Corpus is just a subset of humans that adopted the stock market as a religion. But then there are also splinter groups like the Perrin Sequence and Solaris United who don't have a lot in common with the Corpus besides using the same equipment. So yeah, you don't actually have to feel bad about shooting Corpus at all. They are bastards who worship money.
