    so, this should've been thrown out before it even reached the Sheriff's office, because I seriously doubt the guy ever made anywhere near a million dollars off his garbage, and all it would've taken to turn this into bologna would be to glance at his last tax return. You don't often go from making next to nothing to millions in a single year, and even if you might've, you certainly can't prove 'might have' in a court without some kind of tangible projection of your profits up to the point of contention. If it'd gone to a court jackass would've likely been laughed out the door on his ass.

    Throwing this in here because.. game publishers acting stupid for getting a "bad" review on the unmistakably bad game they published.
