My two cents on Import/Export It's extremely lucrative if you don't mind solo work and are a GOOD driver. Start-up costs are in the 3-4 million range (office + vehicle warehouse), but still cheaper than a motorcycle club + illegal businesses. For me, it typically takes about 4-7 minutes to "source" (steal) the cars and the same amount to sell them. On a good run, i can usually keep vehicle repair down to below $3000 per run. I always sell to the highest bidder. The upfront costs are higher, but the payoff more than makes up for it. After another $20,000 in tuning fees, I usually make about $75k (after repair costs) for about 1om mins of work. Don't bother selling anything but top tier vehicles unless you have a completed collection of something or need room in your warehouse. Also, keep in mind my office and warehouse share the same street, so turnaround time is very fast for me. Finally, DO NOT attempt this on highly populated or volatile sessions. It will cost you big time. Even being cautious, expect to eat some repair costs on a few occasions. Anything below 3k in losses per run is pretty good. Here's a nearly flawless sell I made today:
There are a lot of shitty GTA videos on Youtube like this. This is one of the few that is not. Only thing I disagree on with the video is for #3 regarding CEO warehouse supply runs. It's not "a little tedious". It is VERY FUCKING tedious and the only one who really benefits from them is the CEO. For CEOs, it is far better to stick to VIP missions (for groups) or doing Import/Export sourcing cars (for solo).
