Hey guys and gals, a friend of mine needs help. Well, more specifically a friend of hers. My very best friend in the world has a young daughter, whose best friend has a rare disease called Faconi Anemia. It's very dangerous and can cause such delightful things as bone marrow failure, liver failure, and cancer. They've found someone, luckily, who specializes in treating this disease, but as you can imagine the medical bills are not cheap. My friend has put up a GoFundMe for them, to help with medical expenses, which they expect to range into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. I'm here to trawl for cash, because I know you lot are good people who like helping other people. Give what ya can folks, Desirae's a cool kid who needs some help.
