    Point Value basically represents how "good" the unit is. This can go up or down based on the skill of the pilot/crew of that unit (same as the old Battle Value system). Unless the skill level has been changed, any Point Value you see for a unit is assuming the unit has a skill modifier of 4. Lowering this number will cause the PV to rise (better skill). Raising the skill modifier will cause the PV to drop (worse skill).

    Here is how you can quickly calculate any Point Value that needs to be adjusted for changing skill levels:

    If skill is dropping below 4 (getting better):
    {current PV} * 0.2 * {Skill Level Change} = new PV change (add this to original value)
    NOTE - Fractions should ALWAYS be rounded to the nearest WHOLE number.

    Examples:
    If the skill is rising above 4 (getting worse) the equation changes slightly:
    {current PV} * 0.1* {Skill Level Change} = new PV change (subtract this from the original value)
