The combat seems like it has depth, but they need to work on the interface, I feel like I'm fighting it to try to do what I want. Telling the system what I want shouldn't be hard, but doing it at the right time, or choosing the right move, should be. Right now both feel like a challenge.
Look on the bright side, though - if you wipe your ass on the walls of your house, you can kill two birds with one stone!
...and if I stop bathing now I'm pretty sure I can mask the smell of dried feces with my own body odor. Thanks for the tip!
And thus was it spake, 'When doth the shite pour from the Heavens unto the like of water, yea though I weep, we doth verily be fucked'
Another video of some beta gameplay. this game is coming along nicely. Just another 3 more months or so.
Yea I actually have this downloaded for the alpha/beta.. didn't play it too much, the combat system was strange and I couldn't figure it out. Should probably fire it up again.
I need to play with it some more too. I messed around in it a little, had a few bugs to deal with that were a little inconvenient. I've just been busy with other games and keep forgetting about it.
I haven't played any of it because I want to go into the final released game without having spoiled myself with the alpha or beta.
If this is even marginally better than Mount & Blade (and all signs point to it being so), I am definitely on board for this when it releases.
Its very different than mount and blade, its not a sandbox, it follows a story. I think its fairly open in how you resolve the story, but its not like make your own kingdom type game.
