I'm having a problem getting it to download... Connection keeps timing out before I can even get MTX. Any solutions?
Give up Nah, I'm sure someone will have a viable suggestion. I'm just one of those here who has never managed to get that infernal arrangement of code to work, no matter the hours I put into it.
Been wiping the dust off my piloting skills the last couple evenings, displaying my new (SoR) tag proudly I'm not sure if the servers are mostly US-based or what, but the ping is absolutely horrible (200+), and I supposedly have a 100mbit/s Internet connection. Still, good easy fun, even when I mostly end up on the exploding side of things. Any other SoR 'warriors out there on MekTek servers?
I was, but I kept getting my shit pushed in. Did a bit of research, and apparently people tend to load up with a whole bunch of lasers. They shut down every time they pull the trigger. This doesn't sound like fun to me. I like close in brawling. If I'm dead wrong about the game, lemme know. Would like to get some good mech fun in with friends.
Usually when we play MW4 we use Gameranger... I think there's a sticky somewhere about that, but it basically hosts a bunch of older games for online play, there's usually 1-2 games going on that at a time. We play it maybe a few times a week depending who is on.
Okay, I have set up GameRanger, the canon mechs, TeamSpeak and custom decals. Everything seems to work, except I couldn't yet test the GameRanger control, since there were no games available. When do we play?!?
