    Debriefing:
    First fight was fast and furious. Aspius was tasked with using his commandos to take the city while Magnus and Haki supported on opposite flanks. Magnus's tanks and AT support established good firing positions to block any enemy forces pushing over the open ground on the left flank, but the infamous hedgerows of Normandy made Haki's job securing the right flank more difficult. The enemy did their best to exploit this blind spot and pushed on Haki's position early and hard. Recognizing their move, Magnus diverted anything he could spare to assist Haki on his position. Meanwhile, German artillery and air support continued to hammer the Allies from all angles and caused significant casualties. The right flank bent but did not break; buying time for Aspius to succeed in taking the town and ultimately exhausting the German push. Once the majority of the German forces had shattered, the Allies moved quickly to counter-attack and captured many German supplies and soldiers for their efforts.

    Debriefing:
    Tzeetch and Orc swept the Beach while Magnus and Ben held the line. After clearing the beach, we swept inland. German arty was hot and heavy, but our flanking caught them offguard and we were well rewarded in captured enemy supplies.

    You mean your starboard side, correct? ... I intended to just be an ass but it turns out I'm kinda right. Assuming your direction of advance originally had the beach on your right.

    The Advance is the primary direction of movement, regardless of whichdirection the soldiers are actually facing (similar to a ship's bow.) ... The Retire is opposite to the advance, against the primary direction of movement (similar to a ship's stern.) The Left is to the left of the Advance (similar to a ship's port.)

    Debriefing:
    The Germans were quickly overrun bt Aspius and Magnus along Omaha Beach, but once in the hedgerows, the Allies started taking heavy casualties. The German 352 Infantry's AT guns especially caused chaos to allied armor in the hedgerows. The battle soon devolved into an infantry battle supported by heavy artillery with Haki and Ben's infantry making a lot of legwork. The fight was long, but in the end the Allies won another victory with acceptable losses.
