If we would be playing at weekends or fridays gmt afternoons i would be more than happy to participate.
I should have seen this thread before lol. I have been playing D&D every week for like the past 8 years now I went 2d edition -> 3d edition -> 3.5th edition -> 4th edition -> 3.5 edition (yes i/we hated 4th).
Kobold... yappy dog? You mean in Pathfinder they went back to what Kobolds originally were instead of the damn baby dragonmen?!
Kobolds everywhere! But yeah, they shifted from junior gnolls to wannabe dragons in 3.0 (as I recall) and have stayed there since. As for 4e..... yeah, that wasn't D&D, it was more like Hero Clix Dungeons by Hasbro. As far as time.... IF I run a 2nd campaign, it will be evening GMT, which is midday for me. Otherwise my evenings are all booked as it is.
And just to get in on this debate.... I started with the box sets, then 1st edition, 2nd edition, 3rd edition, 3.5, pathfinder beta, 4th (1 month), back to pathfinder.
I'm sensing hostility. Is it just me? I kinda prefer the dragon style myself. Too much like goblins otherwise. Anyway, for my experiance... there's almost none in tabletop. I've played almost every D&D computer game ever published, except for the very early ones, and read at least 30 of the Forgotten Realms and Eberron books. But my actual tabletop experiance lasted maybe 5 or 6 sessions with a group in high school. Our DM moved to California, and the group basically fell apart right after I joined. Not my fault, I swear. 300th post WOOHOO ... and back to not caring
I played AD&D in the early 90s, played lots of MUDs and lots of Neverwinter nights and Baldurs gate. After that I kind of did not do much with tabletop gaming until the last few months, going to PAX really got me interested again in tabletop gaming.
Loaded a summoner build onto the dropbox. That is a COMPLICATED class to work with, so it might have some errors.
I like that PDF you guys found for the characters. It did my math for me! Demon knows, math and me don't mix very well. Please forgive me if I get names all mixed up, another ability I don't do well. My kids think dexterity is my dump stat, I think long-term & short-term memory (combo of wis and int) are. Lord help us all! Here is my druid Toriyah. Her eyes are lighter than this image represents. They are very light blue. But I liked the hair and overall image.
