Updated "RULING ON OWNED UNIT CONVERSION" to account for VTOL and tanker characters that had no lance funding data (they were essentially starting off broke). Check OP for new changes. These changes should give them a little more flexibility in terms of starting funds.

I don't think the math on that is quite right. This is what I got:

XP Refunds:
Tactics 4->3 = +10 XP
Negotiation 4->3 = +10 XP
Natural Apt = +32 XP
Dodge = +8 XP

Total remaining XP after refunds = 71 XP

EDIT: apparently mekHQ wont let you have more than 100 XP at a time so I bumped Gunney and Piloting up to Level 4 and you now have 96 XP remaining.

Are you intending to lead a lance? If not, it might be better we hold off on what secondary skill you take for now until we get a better idea of how we are setting up our lance structure. In the meantime, i will make the other changes and leave the remaining XP in your pool to spend later as needed.

There is a new MekHQ file available in the normal dropbox location, but it is already out of date. Stay tuned and I will have an updated file available later this week.

Bad news:
replacing PPC, adding heatsinks, and adding armor = 2 TP
switching to double heatsinks = 2 TP

that would be 4 TP (or 2 million) total in upgrades

Good news:
I may have been over zealous in making the DHS upgrade a more expensive endeavor. Since the DHS swap is its own thing, I'm considering dropping the price on it. Send me a PM or catch me on TS to give me your input. DON'T GIVE IT HERE!
