Administration duties are being merged with Tech (XP costs for both are the same now, so don't worry about any XP loss); no more combat accountants/secretaries with deadly spreadsheets and sharpened protractors! If you had Admin before, you are now a "Combat Mechanic" with a Tech skill of your choice (this is a good thing, trust me!). Admin is being regulated to an NPC only skill (same as Doctor, currently). If you like the idea of being a "guy who can get things", take Negotiation instead... it is more appropriate for a merchant-type character anyway.
Okay, so with this change and the Small Arms credit here is my new update. Current skills: Add +10XP for SA credit, swap Admin Lvl 2 for Tech/Mech level 2. Now we will add the Anti-Mech skill up to Lvl 3 (this fits RP well since a Tech would know many ways to disable a mech). Now here are the corrected totals: And I know Magnus is going to hate me for saying this, but all this extra Tech and Anti-Mech training sounds like a great prelude for a character suited to learning how to create and use Power Armor
