D&D Neverwinter (Mindflayer Server)

Made myself a Dwarf Wizard named Reenno, but I guess my account ID or something is Watchit1337

 

Everybody else is on Mindflayer, Damion. I'm the dumbass who didn't read this thread before starting my character.

Though.. For anyone not wanting to re-roll, there's talk that the three servers will eventually merge once they get things under control. So it may work out just fine.

My understanding is that this is all based off of 4th edition D&D rules and 4th edition Forgotten Realms lore, so I'll be staying the fuck away from it.

I was pretty invested in Realmslore, once upon a time. I had the gaming books, I read the novels, I played the video games. And while I didn't really care for the rules of 4e, it was the way they tore the forgotten realms apart and reinvented it that ruined that setting for me. 4e is to the forgotten realms as Dark Age is to Battletech.

Drax, you could always play the game and ignore the Lore. That's what I do, anyway...

 

So how many that are 15+ do we have? Doesn't take that long to get there, so should have couple. I know both me and Trufast are at least.

 

My wizard is 22.

I caved in last night, but so far i'm not that exited. So I will most likely keep shooting robots.

Well, if my Zen purchase ever goes through, I'll likely start a Trickster Rogue over on Mindflayer with you guys since Demon roped me into forming a guild on Dragon.

 

Has no one in this game heard of a buyout price on the AH? Seriously.

 

I havn't checked out the AH yet, is it really that bad?

 

Good luck finding gear with a buyout price, especially early level stuff. The more common stuff like Kits have listings with buyouts, but you'll need to sift through 4 or 5 pages to find them.

One the flip side, if you list gear on the AH with a buyout price it should sell like hotcakes.
