I always like bows in elder scrolls games, but I didn't like an arbitrary range constraint preventing me from being able to really get the long range combat fix I usually like.
I didn't say it didn't. I just always play archers in ES games, so the range constraint is less of an irritant with magic for me.
As I said earlier, Destruction Staff Nightblade is pretty excellent in PvP. Bow works great as a secondary weapon too! I was actually unimpressed with Dual Wield on Nightblade. I think Dual Wield is better on the Templar.
