Prelim patch: Server Update Amount of available re-spawns in ground forces arcade have been limited to three to improve battle dynamics and increase variety of tactical situations. Light and medium tanks within one slot retain a number of respawns they had initially and that wont affect total respawn capacity. Damage Model Strength capacity of aircraft frameworks have been fixed Material capability of engines, fuel and cooling systems have been fixed. It was harder to inflict significant damage to them prior to that. Visual effects from different leaks (oil, water, fuel) and engine damage have been improved Damage effect on inner modules has been fixed
I am getting quite excited about this update.... because they finally are implementing all the roundels that they promised
I just hope the matchmaking gets fixed in this patch, it seems to be pretty off lately flying planes.
New Matchmaking system (RB/SB only) is in the pipe for the period shortly after 1.43 comes out. BR will disappear entirely; instead planes will be matched only against a semi-historical, specific list of planes. The list for each plane will be viewable in the client apparently; so no more Me262 vs mig15s and sabre f2 bullshit. Also they are looking into lifting nation restrictions for Tier V only, so we might see American, german and russian jets vs japanese british and american, akin to arcade MM.
I did hear about the new BR system, lets just hope that it works! I dunno how i feel about the nation restriction being lifted but I'll never finish the grind to T5 anyways so oh well lol.
Dat flak, kill list includes so far for my quad 20's: IS-2 IS-1 x 3 T-34-85 x 2 T-34-57 x5 T-34 *various x14 T-60 x8 T-50 x 3 KV-1 Zis x2 KV-1 x4 KV-1 Prem x1 Russian Flak Truck x 5 x4 su's of any type. No luck against their td's the slope is too much to over come for me atm. Still working on an angle of approach to get me slightly above and take that away from them. Who says 20mil auto cannons aren't dangerous to a tank? (Edit: Also I want new MM already, I tried my 262 again last week, all top tier American and Russian jets. Fml)
