With the game coming out mere hours from now, what does everyone think up to this point? I have been holding back, but everything looks good enough that there is a strong chance I will pick it up over the next week barring some kind of launch disaster.
Already bought and preloaded. Will play it as soon as i get the chance. It looks like i would expect from a total war game. The things that would make it a good or bad game for me are things that i need to try myself. I dont think the reviews would help in that area for me unless the game is completely broken. I will drop my thoughts here once i have played for abit.
I like the looks of it, but I'm totally new to the Total War series and have already overspent on games the past month. Planning on giving it some time, seeing thorough Let's Plays and determining my course from there.
Only question that matters to me is it as good as Shogun 2? To my knowledge, that is still the benchmark for total war games
New Campaign DLC that takes place after the Three Kingdoms period, specifically involving, well, Eight Princes.
Mandate of heaven, takes place right before the start of the base game depicting the start of the yellow turban rebellion and the Qiang uprising. It will also allow you to carry your campaign over into the base game.
