I'm just gonna leave this here....

This was a Baldur's Gate 2 MOD for Dragon Age: Origins, that has - sadly - since been abandoned. But imagine if they had completely remastered BG2 through DA:O. Oh... Just imagine!

    I won't lie, I popped a small chub when I watched this.

    You will too.

    If only.

You know, I enjoy Dragon Age, but god, their art direction on weapons and armor makes me barf.

Oh man, their weapon designs were super terrible, which is why I downloaded a MOD that re-sized the weapons to more historical size (no more giant, anime-like long swords) After that little fix, the weapons looked gorgeous. I didn't have a problem with the armor so much, but I found the combat system was lacking as well. I downloaded another MOD that sped up combat, and the game just took off from there.

I enjoyed Baldur's Gate and such but I'd really prefer a remake of Planescape: Torment, now that game had character development options and a gazillion possible endings ;)

So many hours on that game, and whilst that wasnt perfect it was wonderful. Such a shame they got rid of the idea.
