And earths current population is 7.5 billion people and there are 7.68 billion acres of arable land (there is far more land then that obviously that is just suitable land for optimal growth of plants)). I just wanted to point out that there's plenty of scientific evidence that many plants are able to sense pain and not only sense it but take action to avoid it. Unfortunately they don't have cute faces and can't scream or make a run for it so they just have to stand there when herbivore teeth slice through their bodies and as their flesh is torn apart - and herbivores can so cruel as to severely slaughter the plant and leave it dangling on the verge of death just to let it barely recover only to be revisited by the same herbivore again and again and again. Interesting fact: Did you know that overwhelming majority of Green people live in cities and have zero experience from actual wild? (Central Park doesn't count)
