Bulletin Strategies & Recommendations

DISCLAIMER:

Bulletins allow you to tweak the stats of specific units and can help you gain a little advantage in certain, very specific areas. Bulletins can be won or bought with currency you earn from completing online or skirmish games (you can even do bot stomps AFK with AI teammates if you want). However, keep in mind the benefits individually are very small and so it is often recommended to prioritize the units you are going to use the most. Focus on only a few units or in ways that will benefit all three of your selected Commanders. In most cases, bulletins that will improve your starting basic infantry unit (ex. Soviet Conscripts) is usually the safest option. Tank bulletins might look nice, but they won't save you if you are already losing badly by the time you get your first tank out. Conversely, winning the early game will always help you in the long run.



Also, keep in mind that some bulletins are a little ambiguous about which units they affect. For example, there are multiple types of "Heavy Machine Guns", but some bulletins only affect certain ones).
