Dark Millenium Online is DOA as a MMO

Wow that sucks. I was kind of looking forward to that! Love 40K , sucks for those poor folks laid off

I am disappoint, in a way.

Then again, if they really polish the multiplayer aspect, it may turn out okay.

One thing I won't miss about the MMO aspect is this: Friday afternoon, about the log into DM:O.... CONNECTION FAILED???!!??? I can't play?
"MTN would like to aplogize for the break in service as we are currently doing emergency maintainance on our towers - please be patient, as we expect the Mobile Broadband to be hunky-dory sometime near Christmas, 2031AD."

 

yeah it can still turn out good but i were looking forward to that it would be an MMO.

Well im still looking forward to it, now i will just epect something else

 

I'm thinking "Warhammer 40k = Space Marine" but without being Super-Smurf Propaganda... which already appeals to me

i tell you this, its the guard or nothing give me my infantry squads, heavy weapons squads, some stormstroopers and maybe a baneblade here and there.

Me too, Skwi. I was looking forward to it for years. Now I must find another sci-fi mmo to look forward to.

 

Conscript Platoons for Life! Backed up by 2 leman russ and a basilisk with a Chimera for each squad. Hell on earth for just under 2k pts.

I don't see MW:O coming close to scratching my rpg itch. It's gonna be fucking awsome game, no doubt, but true MMO it is not.

 

Dark Millenium was probably the only MMORPG that I was considering investing myself in.
