We loved it. we were laughing more than anybody in the movie, and i hella loughed outlout at that end part. like the instant I saw it. People were like wtf? but I got it right away. Chicka chicka.
so my mother asked... why did I call deadpool a comedy, and I'm like it's a marvel comic, it's funny, and crass. She asked how I could find things like that funny. I just said you wouldn't get it, and hat landed me in a 30 minute argument of how nobody online says it's a comedy, so how could it be funny.
Was asked out on a date to see Dead Poll yesterday, with a girl I met online Sunday. For her birthday. Movie was fantastic, go watch. Seeing the girl again for my birthday latter this week.
I took myself to see it on my birthday when it came out on the 11th. It was great. Everyone was laughing their way through the movie. At one point a woman laughed at a totally inappropriate moment because we were so used to all of the jokes just coming and going and it was hilarious. The crowd loudly and enthusiastically enjoying it as much as myself made it all the better.
I enjoyed the movie and didnt feel bad about the cost of the ticket afterwards....... been a long time since that feeling happened last.
Went to go see it with a couple of friends tonight. As we were leaving I announced, "That was a great movie; I liked it." Friend: "Woah, hold up. <Don> liked it? <Don> likes things?" I'll tell all of you what I told them. Yes, I can like things just fine. It's people that I can't fucking stand.
So the next wolverine movie might be rated R. It seems they are learning.. would rather have a deadpool and wolverine movie, but who knows what it will be right now.
Not to hijack. Second date with the girl that invited me to see deadpool was tonight. Good nerdy vibes few drinks and showed her my media server She is coming back tomorrow for my party
Yay, glad it went well! Deadpool would be/is a good first date movie - nice mix of action and comedy. Hope you have a fun party!
wife and i caught it this afternoon, we were both crying we were laughing so hard. whole theater was rolling. that was a damn well done movie
Saw it today also, funny. The character is juvenile but the movie isnt, which makes it an entertaining combo.
finally saw it and thought it was good. also it was nowhere near as bloody or foul mouthed as all the reviews i've seen were making it out to be. are all the people saying it's bloody and fould mouthed prudes? game of thrones, walking dead, vikings are far worse.
