Diaspora is now released for anyone interested. Its a total conversion mod from the Freespace 2 engine, basically fighter combat in the BSG world. I tried a demo before, its pretty cool and worthwhile if you like this type of thing. http://diaspora.hard-light.net/
Tried this out today. Definitely fun, but hard. Ammo limits on every weapon (even canons) prevent you firing constantly, and your ship can't take many hits. Quite a good time so far.
