    In the spirit of allowing players more freedom to express their own individual style, 33xx will allow all players to create their own callsigns, camos, and coat of arms. As your GM, this will serve practical purposes for me as well:
    • Callsigns (not names) will be what others refer to when recognizing your character. Obviously, names that are simple, easy to pronounce ,and spell will be heavily encouraged.
    • Each player will have their own individual "Lance". Each Lance will carry its own Coat of Arms that can be seen by all players. Additional drones and cohorts can be purchased/hired by the player. The purpose of the Coat of Arms is to allow for easy recognition of each lance.
    • Your camo will be used during missions and will help distinguish you from other players. As there is the possible potential for any number of players to take part in a mission, this is extremely important
    This is just a sample of coat of arms taken from the Armored Core series:

    Players are welcome to come up with their own, however. Images that look like rubbish will be rejected, but I will try to be lenient on that.

    Use the following images as templates.

    Coat of Arms:

    Camo Colors:
    [all]-dappled-blue.gif
    (you can also use any of the camos already included in megamek)
    filepath = ...\mekhq-0.3.6 & MP 4.98\data\images\camo

    NOTE: Each player MUST have a unique Callsign, Coat of Arms, and Camo chosen to participate. If you have trouble deciding, I am more than happy to help.

    Crudely painted on armor panels

    This guy don't have time/money for fancy paint, he doesn't care if he's famous, he's just here to get the job done and get paid.

    Could work with other crude designs as well - just a quick spray can logo so that he knows which mech is his.

    Am I correct in assuming we can "borrow" art for an insignia? I have the artistic ability of the average amoeba, and there's no way in hell I'll get anything that looks remotely decent.
