Anybody doing anything fun for Valentine's Day? I am going out to eat but thats it... Im sure a lot of people have more interesting lives than I do, haha..........
Nothing. Jess and I spend the day with each other... we think Valentines is a bit silly and just go out to eat some other time when it isn't a mad-house.
I'm supposed to start cooking dinner now. Chicken tenders hand-breaded in Kashi 7-grain flakes with spicy mayo dipping sauce, home made vodka sauce over penne, multi-grain french baguette, bread pudding with amaretto sauce for dessert. Huh, I should probably figure out some greens for the girly. I think it is silly too, but we don't always have a choice.
