Free Metro 2033

THQ is giving away the first Metro game as a promo for the new and upcoming one, page here:

You have to like 'em on facebook though, the game is Steam only. I liked the game, if you enjoy atmospheric/slightly fear based FPSs, this one is good.

 

I got this game about a year ago as part of a pack and liked it enough to finish. It was good, not great, but anyone who likes a linear FPS type game a la Half Life could find this game enjoyable.

If you do end up playing, try to play the whole game without NVG or flashlight, I didn't pay enough attention when they explained their use and never figured it out until the very end... Certainly upped the difficulty!

 

So maybe you should explain their use then.

 

I won't sell my soul to facebook even if they offer me whole bundle of free games for liking them

 

*shrug* I have a fake account just for this purpose. Used it to get NVIDIA dawn as well.

 

My facebook is 99% people I don't care about sharing baby pictures, so why not use it to sign up for random crap?
