New Open world Ghost Recon game. Follows much like Wildlands, but they add more survival mechanics. Things like injuries, body carrying, prone camo, fence cutting and Bivouacs. Apparently there is also a prequel mission in Wildlands. Prequel :
Watched the announcement stream. Seems cool. I really did enjoy Wildlands until I finished it. Just didn't have replayability for me playing solo beyond that. I think this may do a better job at offering longevity, and it looked interesting enough. Gonna keep an eye on it
We co-oped all the way through wildlands with a few people. It was pretty fun. I would be up for playing this the same way.
I know Haki always said Wildlands was like Arma light. This feels like Arma light with the ACE addon from Arma 2 with the medic system, injury and other stuff. I am looking forward to it. I think I would also be up for diving back into Wildlands for some of the DLC content they released.
Lately I have been playing wildlands again and really enjoying it. I never finished it the first time as everyone else was playing through. The news of the more advanced survival system has me with mixed feelings. While I enjoy the more in-depth systems, such as ACE for Arma, part of what I love about wildlands is the suspension of all of that for a simple play style at the end of a long day.
As with any Ubisoft game going back ages, you're gonna launch through UPlay anyways- no point to buy it elsewhere.
Greenmangaming will most likely have it and it will probably be at a discount. That is where I usually get games.
So do epic exclusives not apply to greenmangaming? Or is it because it it ubisoft that it's not only on Epic?
That's fair. I was painting with too broad a brush. I had intended that to mean no point in purchasing it from launcher/platform stores other than Ubisoft. Things like Greenman and Humble selling Uplay keys still make sense to me because ultimately you're stil launching them through Uplay
I am not sure. I could be wrong but I bought Division 2 on Greenman and it was supposed to be Epic only I thought.
Maybe because greenmangaming isn't a launcher. Just store (and library? I've never used it). You don't have to use gag to launch a game right?
GMG is a key reseller. They don't host any games on their own equipment. They just sell unlock keys for other platforms.
