Here is how to navigate the mod manager in the new Paradox/Stellaris Launcher:
    1. Start Stellaris Launcher and go to Mods Tab.
    2. Select Mod Tools and then select "Create Mod".
    3. Name must be EXACT as listed for the mod you want to update.
    4. Directory should be name of mod folder plus version number (to make it distinct).
    5. Do not edit supported version.
    6. Ignore tags (we will copy over these soon)
    7. Go to C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod
    8. Copy old folder contents to new folder and update filepath and version number in "descriptor" file:
    9. Update new mod file (name of directory given) with new file path, old tags, old mod Steam ID and supported version number.
    10. Add a picture if you want a thumbnail image for your mod and label it "thumbnail". It should go in the new mod folder you created.
    11. Go back to Mod Tools on Stellaris launcher and select "Upload a mod"
    12. Find your mod on the list and under "Upload to" select Steam Workshop.
NOTE = The Mod ID should show up if you followed above directions and are updating an existing mod.
    13. Finally, you may need to copy/paste your existing mod description into the space provided below to complete upload.
