Hey folks. So, some time ago, I found a story on a SubReddit called Humans Don't Make Good Pets. It's some 27 chapters long now, and just sorta epic. After reading that amazing story, I found that this was a part of a much larger, four author universe put together in this subreddit. I present to you, Jenkinsverse. Pretty awesome, if I do say so myself, very well written, and a good, solid universe that makes for some amazing humor. So, I've begun reading, in chronological order, The Jenkinsverse Saga You're welcome. PS. Varg and Tzeentch are enjoying it immensely. You should too
Hey, neither am I! I'm still only on SCP-1030 something. I just read a lot. I've got SCP, Jenkinsverse, and a full, normal book on the go.
When I saw the title I thought we had caused another species to go extinct or some other bullshit humans like to pull. Why haven't we killed more things?
The fun part of that is species extinction is completely normal and happens all the time whether we're involved or not.
Just read about Xiu... holy shit. She needs a Fusion Sword, 'cause she is way too badass to not have one.
I love that Subreddit. I've been reading those stories for almost a year now. Maybe more than that, come to think of it. You should totally check out the TV Tropes entry on them.
I've read quite a few. I'm putting it off on checking back in to them for a little while though, I have a life I still need to get organized before I give myself over to my SCP addiction. I'm hoping someday to write some myself.
Okay, so I started reading this and this shit is pretty damn funny (OMG, the purple rat thingies ) and it reminds me of an Alan Dean Foster series of books; "The Damned Trilogy", (A Call to Arms, The False Mirror, and The Spoils of War).
