    I have decided I hate snow. I am sick of the stuff. I am tired of shoveling. I want to move to Florida, or a tropical island and never see th crap again.

    I completely agree. I fucking hate N.Y I would love to move back down south. You can buy what used to be a 200,000 home in Florida for like 35,000 now by the way.....lets do it

    I don't think VA got hit THAT hard around here.... at least where I live, then again its got BEACH in the city name.........
    And honestly they are still rating our reality by the amount of foreclosures rather than house prices lol. Or at leasts its that way in the newspaper.
